It has been a while since I have posted.  I took a break from studying and went on vacation. I have since been indefinitely delayed in my return to home, due to a sick family member in Alabama.

I have decided to try and study while here.  I am glad I am using Roger, because I can study anywhere there is internet.  A disadvantage is that I left my study materials at home.  I am going to watch the lectures and take notes here, then when I get home I can re-watch the lectures with the books and complete the homework questions.  

As I don't know how long I will be without my study materials, I am not going to schedule to sit for the FAR section of the CPA exam yet.  I am going to follow Roger CPA 3 month study planner for taking FAR, but I am going to adjust it to not include study time to start with, then repeat the schedule once I get home to include all the study time.  I don't know how far I will get in the lectures before I return home, but I hope to complete watch them all.  The planner reserves 4 weeks of for studying before taking the test.   I plan to dedicate 4 hours a day to just watching the lectures. Hopefully that will give me a head start on studying when I get home. 

I know that it is best to watch the lectures then do the homework until it sticks, but I don't want to wait until I get home to start studying again, as it has been over a month since I last studied. My original plan was to start studying for FAR tomorrow.
