I focused only on what he stressed since there is so much material and no way I could have memorized all of it. As he points out, knowing the theories is the most important part. Also, I did a lot of MCQs and SIMs. I also purchased flashcards from Another71, but probably could have done without them. I used Gary's notes and took down some notes of my own and went over them several times. I hope this helps. Good luck!
