I have time to study again.  Using Wiley, not Gleim.

Sorry Michelle. Do you have any idea what you need to focus on for next time? What did you do poorly in? Best of luck to you!

Does anyone know where IRS treatment of grant and exercise of incentive stock options to employees is covered? Thanks.

@Kristen, are you using Becker? If so.. in the practice simulations they provide an "authoritative" tab where you can navigate the IRS code. It is WELL worth it to make sure you do the practice sims that are "research" type questions so you are familiar with the layout as I think there is always a research question as one of the sims in all sections (everyone else let me know if I am wrong as I have always had one I believe).

The IRS Code is quite different then the regular codification seen in FAR and the research section for AUD. Plus, if you do get a simulation you are unsure of how to tackle on the exam there is a good deal of info that can be found in the research tab to help. And since you are allowed access to it during the simulations it is silly not to use it just to be sure and confident before you submit the test (especially if you end with extra time.. why not look a few things up to be sure you did it right). Good Luck!

Hi Diane,

We will have access to the IRS code/website for the exam? How would you suggest I become familiar with that, by researching the IRS website?

I relied heavily on the Becker flashcards hard and those helped a TON with the multiple choice. Make sure to be very familiar with searching the IRS code and it will help with just about any sim you are thrown. I actually ran out of time and had to rush to answers on two of the sims.. The quicker you can make it through the M/C the better! I had and hour and a half on the sim and really needed closer to 2.. good luck!

Hi Diana,

I hope you passed this time. I'm studying for REG right now for my fist sitting in May. Any advice?

Took REG today (my second go around). It was a fair test but I did run out of time on the simulations. Good luck to all those testing and waiting for a score this window!
